- Clinical assessment and care planning
- Wound care assessment and management
- Medication management eg: per oral, injections, peg/enteral feeding
- Catheter management
- Complex Bowel Care
- Tracheostomy care
- Dialysis
- Other complex care needs requiring Registered Nurse (RN) support.
